I lived here for two years from 2021 through 2022 during my government work in Fresno. This was a great place for me to live. I have fond memories of living in San Tropez. Brent, the maintenance technician, was always friendly and helpful. God bless his soul as he passed away. Paula, who worked at the front desk, always had a friendly attitude and made you feel welcome. Management has changed from when I last lived there. The new manager has a more responsible attitude than previous management.

Overall, living here had some ups and downs, but when I look back, I only remember the good times. I’ll always be grateful for the time I lived in San Tropez during my time in Fresno.

Management team here is really friendly as well as the maintenance man Luis he’s super sweet and caring about the property, which looks way better with his upkeep of this place. And finally there seems to be more room now for parking, before people would park in fire lanes(some still do) and the handicap parking which some vehicles would show no placard or plate which is rude for people who actually need the spot. Overall this is a pretty good place to call home.

I've been here since 2014. i was blessed to be able to rent an apartment , my first ever apartment in my name thru cindy (r.i.p) Cindy took a gamble on me and i never let her down. And in her passing, IM STILL NOT GONNA LET HER DOWN!! Thank you so much for everything and may you and your son Brent rest in heaven together. After Cindy's departure we went thru a few managers. And after all of the smoke. we finally have two who has been hanging in....Elissa and Paula, y'all have really made some differences around here. kind of don't like that we cant have bbq pits anymore. but ill take the better parking over the bbq pits any day. Im giving a 5 star because from the time y'all became a duo in management here at san tropez, y'all have been hanging in and handling business and really ironing out a bunch of wrinkles.... y'all are greatly appreciated and keep up the great work!!!

Moved here July 2021 and I got lucky with a single level unit and My unit personally I never had any problems, still no problems up to now. This was first apartment by myself with no roommate or a significant other. So I did have some hiccups on my end at times and communicated with the Michelle mostly and she very understating and had no issue. The only thing separate is the electric, and the utilities are not that much for one person. That company so far very affordable. My section specifically is quiet. So I had no problems with my neighbors. They always have snacks in the office and when there is a problem they respond in a timely matter less than 24 hours especially if it’s maintenance issue that’s a plus. My unit I never had a pest issue since I moved in and when summer came around 2022 once I saw ants which is normal but wasn’t as bad it was handled immediately. So which ever company they use for pest control works wonders if I never seen not one bug until after 1 year I stayed here. I would highly recommend this place especially for a first time renter. I’m actually gonna be sad when I have to leave back to the east coast when my lease up. This was by far my BEST apartment experience ever since living in California since 2015. Whoever gets my unit yet will be a very lucky person ?. Paula and Michelle and the maintenance guy are wonderful team. So your gonna have a good office staff, which is very hard to find.

New management is terrible. They have DOWN-GRADED SO MANY THINGS HERE. The maintenance isn't very knowledgeable. The upkeep has went down, the fitness center has been under renovation for MONTHS with no notice as to how much longer the best amenity that this complex has to . The pool area was updated by previous management and maintenance with new longe furniture, but this manager for some reason set up the old furniture pillows and umbrellas , definitely a down grade! She has a bad attitude. The WATER IS ALWAYS GETTING SHUT OFF WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE DUE TO HAVING AN OLD SYSTEM. Not a KID FRIENDLY complex. THE PLAYGROUND has been INOPERABLE THE ENTIRE 3 PLUS YEARS , WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE FIXED DUE TO BROKEN METAL , THEN TOLD IT WOULD BE TORE DOWN. BUT IT'S still THERE KIDS ARE STILL SNEAKING IN AND GETTING CUT. And now you can't have any of your guests park inside the complex WHATSOEVER, They are to park on the street which there is no street parking available due to all the other homes on the street and the other 2 apartment complexes.

Michelle and Paula are great managers. I've been here going on 5 years, we've had several managers. These 2 are very professional and respectful. They did a spectacular job at our residential pool opening. Thank you San Tropez for everything. Have a great day.

I have lived at San Tropez for a long time. I have found it to be affordable and a nice place to live. It is quiet and the neighbors are friendly and respectful!

Michelle, Brent and Paula are always available when there is an issue and something needs to be fixed. Michelle always has a smile and a kind word! Brent is always running around doing something. The best part is, they all do what they do with a kind attitude! I would recommend San Tropez Apartments !
