This place is not it CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUCKS!!!!
Nobody speaks English, expect to wait 1-2hours

I came here almost everyday day spend $50+ even though I will wait 1-2hours waiting for my food when they tell you 20min wait
Somethings had happened like finding bug on my food I asked to speak to management on IG (since there’s no other way of communicating) I WAS BLOCKED Instead.
I asked my drink without ice I was told we don’t sale drink without ice, i explained to the young lady I’m coming from 1hr away by the time I get home the drink would be watery, she told she would rather refund me my money instead of selling the drink without ice
I was refunded.
Where in the world is it a problem to sale drinks without ice ?
I wont be coming here nomore

Ordered here 3 times. Had dinner the first 2 times. The meat was flavorless with lots of fat. The third time I ordered breakfast. The eggs were seasoned right. I think this restaurant should specialize in breakfast and early lunch, only.

Food was delicious, patties are large, oxtail portion was smaller than expected for the price but it was delicious.

I would highly recommend the food and eat here again.

I’m very disappointed ? Once in a while, I always order (Pate) from them. On Tuesday night, July 30th, I was craving some Haitian Pate. I ordered 2 complete and 3 regulars for a total of $55.21 through UberEats for me to pick them up. This was my 6th time ordering from them, so I know what the pate usually looks like. Fast-forward, I went there to pick up all my 5 pates, and they all looked very small. They weren’t even worth the money I spent. So I went to talk to them. They told me that they had a measurement to follow. I told them I did not want it because I always come here and order pate that it’s not right. She said "OK, we can’t take it back, but we will give you 2 more if you want to wait for them". Then I was like, yeah, because I’m not leaving like that. I spent $55.21. After 30 minutes, they gave me 2 more pates the way it usually looks like.

I came to this place couple of time each time there’s a problem, I bought fish 3 time each time it's not clean properly it had scales & had to wait 2-3 hours I stop buying fish and start ordering online
One hour before I leave my house from Fort Lauderdale guess what I still have to wait another hr for side of food like plantain, my order always mix up they don’t know what you order even if you provide the order #.
I order chicken patties & got aranso which I hate aransó

I don’t normally give reviews but it gets to a point I got no choice this is the 3rd time I got served with this type of meat(FAT ONLY) the meat has no spice not even salt. when I found about you thought that was mt. to go spot everything is falling apart. You need to rehire the same people you started with

First time client recommended from a Instagram follower. So I went yesterday and when I walked to the truck nobody was at the window. Secondly I was asked if I was Haitian and if I eat that food which was rude and out of place. I love Caribbean food from all over . The young lady didn’t understand English well and there was no one that spoke English. I looked at the menu and ordered what I thought would be roughly around $18 with tax . But apparently for a meal of griot,rice and plantain it was $23 but says $16 on the menu. I asked for black rice and was told it’s $10 Being that I didn’t have anyone to speak Creole to explain why is it that amount. I just paid I was told it would take 15 minutes and it took 30. I don’t mind the wait if you say it can range from this to this . Ok , I understand the food is cooked to order . Then I called the number on the truck no answer not even a return call . The food is in boxes with paper which is very unappealing to me . Probably my first and last time visiting unfortunately. . Mr. Vert’s kitchen you should have someone working who not only knows how to speak English but understands also . Having a language barrier can cause lots of frustration which it did for me . Also try using to go plates where all the food is not separated.

I was very hesitant on getting the oxtails, but I decided to try anyway. Needless to say I was very disappointed @$24, I got a bowl of juice and bones basically. Out of 5 oxtails 3 of them had a small amount of meat on them. They were ALL SMALL, CRAZINESS. The flavor was ok, the sauce was thin and bit too rich. I've had better.
On the other hand my husband ordered the whole snapper $20. and he liked it....He said the beans and rice was a bit dry, but doable.
