Customer service was amazing. So kind and informative. I had the pork with rice and beans and a plantain. It also came with a salad and I got a lime juice to drink. Everything was AMAZING. The pork is incredibly tender and not greasy, melts in your mouth. The rice and beans were delicious and packed with flavor, the plantain was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the lime juice was incredibly refreshing. Above an beyond customer service as well. Thank you so much, I'll be back!

I don’t normally do reviews, but I felt obligated to. Today I went to buy a Patee, the lady told me she only have fish and it was $10.14, I was very hungry didn’t care about the price… when I got to my job which a second from the place I try the patee.. it was so hard and dry.. my gums was hurting me after two bites… I went there to see if she can give me another with the patee.. that lady was so rude and ask me if i call n order it special… I am very disappointed.. she refused to even look at the patee to see what I was talking about.. I just left it in the counter… very very disappointed.that is not good customer service. It’s not about the money it’s about the respect.

I hate coming here and today was the last straw
I only come here because it the closest Haitian restaurant to me but after today I rather drive 4 hour to go to a nice Haitian restaurant than here

The workers are RUDE ESPECIALLY THE

The service there is absolutely terrible. Last time I ordered at 2pm over the phone and I was told it would be 20 mins for it to be ready. Due to them normally taking longer and I arrived 20 mins later than the time they said and my food wasn't ready. They were not busy either. I had to wait another 15 mins. There was no apology or acknowledgement even though I made a comment about it.

Today was worse, I called and asked what they had left because it was later in the day and at times they don't have everything. The girl(different girl from previous visit) who answered the phone was rude thinking I was someone else who kept calling that day. Again, no apology, I get there and this girl again with an attitude rushing me to order when she wouldn't take my order over the phone. There was no manager on site so nobody to complain to. I don't go there often because it's out of the way and the food itself is decent however they aren't worth it. I almost came out of character due to being so heated. DONT EAT THERE.

Whenever I am in Orlando, I stop here for food. IT is sooo GOOD! The rice is very flavorful, and the meats tender and delicious. I have had good service every time I've come as well. 5 Stars!

Mwen achete yon bouyon, FRET, fi a di yo pat gintan chofel, ou tande tintin li pat gintan chofel… alor se pa nan resto mwen rantre… epi yo pa bay refund, si tintin yo a pa bon, oswa yo ba ou yon lot tintin, or ou pedi kob la, sa se yon vol. They are very rude especially to Americans we like your food too. Why be rude. A smile and an attitude of I want to help you would make it better. I love the food though
