Pros: ok! The mushroom burger was so good! And a bargain at 6.95, this compares to a much more expensive burger. DIL got the bacon chicken sandwich which featured an impressive breast and generous bacon. The buns were sift and yummy my daughter enjoyed the kids grilled cheese. Her fries were good!! Crunchy outside with actual potatoes inside

My wife annd I were turned away last night (Friday 10/11) at 6:55 pm. Crew was 100% teenager boys that said “We’re closed.” After looking online it said they were open until 8pm. Asked them about the discrepancy and the cashiers said, “Ummm…. Family emergency.”

We won’t ever be back! If you’re gonna have a crew with 100% teenagers you need to have someone responsible to supervise them. And I’m not buying their Friday night family emergency crap.

No good even for mall food. So we had been hoping to eat at Red Robin out side the mall but for some reason they were closed. We had been on the road for 5 hours and were absolutely starving. We went inside the mall hoping to find something. My daughter and I ate sushi but my wife and mother-in-law decided to try hoagieville. The workers were short staffed and both managers were working the counter. You cod tell from their attitude they both hate there job. Wife ordered chicken sandwich no tartar sauce and my mother-in-law ordered the patty melt with sauteed onions. When we got our order there was a ton of tartar sauce and no onions. We would have taken it back but they had already waited a super long time to even get their food and they were so starving they just decided to eat it. When we are leaving my wife decided she wanted another pop refill the worker filled the cup with 80% foam and shoved it back in my direction super bad attitude. Would not recommend and will not be back.

Service has really went downhill fast. Hipster managers with no work ethic just decide to close whenever they feel like it. Never open until 8 pm like it says on the website. Old Bob and Nick should really reconsider how this place is being run, otherwise it will close down just like the other locations have. Hoagie Ville was one of the best spots in Missoula for years, but not so much anymore. Montana Club not far behind with the ridiculous prices and Texas RH now destroying them.

Delicious. The cheesy frys were amazing. I got the mushroom burger and the mushrooms were thicker then the burger so i was a little let down by that. But they were also so busy so maybe they makde them thinner so they would cook faster.

Ordered door dash and food was missing called and the lady was rude and not professional at all told me it wasn't there fault there was missing food. Yet bag was sealed by them.
