It's Subway, the name should be enough! It was 8 PM, and it was too early to have dinner but I was hungry. Subway came to my rescue. I ordered a Meatball Melt - Subway 6-inch with all the assortments @ $8.95 through their app. The food was ready when I reached and I happily gobbled it up. Of course it was good. I enjoyed every morsel of it; didn't expect any less from Subway.

Popped in for a footlong for lunch. Wasn't greeted, just asked what I wanted. I didn't get my avocado on the bottom. Manager (black shirt) said it had to go on top of bread because it was being toasted. I asked for it to be cut and wrapped as 2 six inches, but was told "we don't allow that during lunch time".

Very much a "process" function business. I thought it was my sub, but obviously the human element and Guest experience is optional.

Whether I visit 9am, 12.30pm or 8.05pm, my experience and expectations should be the same

This subway has become my go-to place for a quick and healthy meal. The staff at this location is always friendly and attentive. My sandwich was made perfectly, with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of dressing. I love the variety of breads and toppings available. Highly recommend

I visit on and off to this subway after work. Generally never have to wait too long which is good. Occasionally they are playing music a bit too loud.

The manager here is extremely rude. I came with a group of friends while the store was already very busy and the woman behind the counter was doing a perfectly fine job serving politely while also trying too keep the line moving as fast as possible. The manager came in, berated her, and told her to “serve customers with a smile”. He then came
In to serve with the staff (while definitely not doing so with a smile!) and left after only a few minutes. As somebody who has worked in retail I was livid! I had to stop myself from giving him a piece of my mind right then .. if that manager is reading this review, know this: the staff here are doing a great job, and if you ever have issues with they way they are working, talk too them in private! Don’t embarrass them in front of several people. It’s absolutely disgraceful behaviour.

Will be avoiding this Subway store from now on. Not only are the staff rude and short, they also keep asking whether I wanted add on's to upsell. Additionally, the salads are normally filled but now there's barely any salad and quality has gone downhill.

I am happy to say this, that i got really good service here. I went for dinner last night and i had my family with me. When i went there the staff greeted me kindly and the staff was really understanding and cooperative with me when they were making my sub. I would like to say this is the best subway experience i had in melbourne till now.
