Great food, nice with fresh ingredients. Breakfast all day with free coffee cold or ice. Has a nice selection of flavored creamers and syrups. For lunch, they have a wide selection of teas and can sodas. They also have a nice selection of sandwiches and salads for those watching them calories!! Burgers are banging and their cheesecake is ? chefs kiss. 100% will come back when I come back to Tempe.

We had a great breakfast and would love to come back and try the sandwiches. By the time we left, it was busy, so It's obvious this place is well-liked and busy for lunch. Everything was fresh, the coffee and juice were good, and the service was friendly. Great value and great food!

This must be a good place to work. The employees seem happy to help. The owner takes the time to chat with the customers. I've only been here once and the food was very tasty. Next time I'm out that direction visiting at the Art Resource Center, I will definitely come back here to eat

Very delicious breakfast menu!! I had the fried steak breakfast with gravy eggs hash browns and I add extra bacon!! I’m really excited about coming back here to try the breakfast burritos I want to try the chorizo also. It’s fast friendly service. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

I stopped in for a quick bite to eat for lunch today in the hopes of finding a new awesome spot to eat. I ordered the symphony without avocado and stated I have a severe allergy to avocado. When I received my sandwich I noticed tomato was crossed off my bag but not avocado. Before leaving I checked the sandwich and it was missing the tomato but had avocado on both halves. I walked back to the counter and waited until someone looked my way eventually and explained I'm severely allergic to avocado again and needed to send it back. The girl at the front kind of just looked at me with a confused looked and said okay and took the bag from me. I did not receive an apology or anything other than looks and an "okay". I watched her write on another bag and placed it in the window. I was then given another bag this time with avocado crossed off. I did a quick peek in the bag to assure I did not see large chunks of avocado again and then left. Upon returning back to work and going to eat, I opened up the Sandwich and found not avocado slices, but the skin to the avocado. As my avocado allergy is severe, as I had told them twice, I was unable to eat my sandwich. I paid $14.68 minus the tip I gave to only walk away being able to eat a small bag of Doritos. Food allergies are something a lot of us have to take very serious. I'm always very good about telling an establishment about my allergies and can usually understand and forgive when a mistake is made. However, to send it back to then receive the skin which shouldn't be anywhere in ANY sandwich is beyond me. Obviously food allergies are not a priority here and had I not looked again, it could have ended very badly. The price was already steep for what was received but for food allergies to be ignored not once, but twice and to have to throw it away.... That is not okay. I will not be returning and would advise anyone with an allergy to be very cautious as this place does not take them seriously at all.

Wonderful food, large menu options, we had the Chicken fried steak - the best I had, and I try it where ever is available, and the Big Bear scramble was just great. THE BEST - everything is home made in the house. Chris - the owner , and his wife Jill they are always in the shop working hard behind the line, and check on customers when they dine in. Do not miss the Saturday brunch ! ? So many options and specials! ( try their orange juice ).

Breakfast, lunch, either one you'll end up full. Great breakfast burritos and long list of sandwiches. Staff is really friendly and will remember you if you make it one of your regular stops...

I have to send a huge high five to the team that was working today (7/25) - we placed a very large order that had a very quick turnaround. The staff at Sacks handled the order with communication and efficiency. Everything turned out delicious and the team loved it!
