I’d give 0 stars if I could. I got the chopped turkey sandwich, and it was just chopped up deli meat, not even chopped up bits of freshly roasted turkey, very sad looking. The kale salad that was in it had no flavor. The menu said there were red onions, but I literally didn’t see any. And the vinaigrette on the menu was also nonexistent. Thank god I grabbed a packet of hot sauce to make it edible. It was also made with just regular slices of white bread, and it wasn’t cut in half so it was also a nightmare logistically.

The gentleman who took my order was nice enough, but then he just hung out doing nothing while the guy at the flat top was (unenthusiastically) making several orders. Perhaps if the cashier person was helping, the guy at the grill would be less miserable?

Please go anywhere else to eat. For $15 you could do a lot better elsewhere in the airport. This was 9/27/24 at around 3p.

Honestly it was fine for airport food. The breakfast bun was $10 and had a good amount of food — couldn’t finish it all. Super fast service but it’s also 6am Wednesday

Great spot and reasonably priced for the airport.
Had the Breakfast Bun - it was super tasty. Food was nice and hot, and service at the counter was pretty quick.
A REGULAR sized bottle of water was $4.50 - so - not a fan of that, but all in all, strongly recommend the sammidge.

Terrible. Waited 25 minutes for a dry awful chicken sandwich. This was $15. Awful workers that talk rather than working. Avoid.

I was in the Austin Airport for a morning flight and came across Noble Sandwich Co.

I order Breakfast bagel with bacon, eggs, and a hashbrown.

The staff was extremely friendly and confirmed my order prior to making.

The breaky sandwich is very heavy but delicious nonetheless. Great way to start the day. Prices are reasonable

Turn left as you come into the air side from security and you will see this place. It serves around 6 different sandwiches per session and they are all freshly made. Delicious, reasonably priced and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was even a band playing live music whilst we were there. Recommended

portions in images of menu options literally double what was actually served. Upon asking if they accidentally only gave me one of my order of two items they said no "that's a double order". Disappointed in the value and customer service experience.

I ordered a Pressed Cuban sandwich. I asked them to press it longer, I like it crunchy on the outside. It's NOT a traditional Cuban sandwich. It wasn't even pressed. It was a tasty ham and pork sandwich with your normal airport prices.
