We had Costco on board, so we decided on takeout. We only saw this place since we were stuck in traffic. The deli/restaurant sits back from the road due to a huge retention pond. While there are plenty of parking spaces, the parking lot is rather narrow and takes some maneuvering to get through it. The deli appeared clean had no special decor that I noticed. The staff we dealt with were cordial and friendly.

The deli has a fairly decent menu with plenty of offerings. My wife had the McAlister's Club Wrap with the Tomato & Cucumber Salad side, and I had the Sweet Chipotle Chicken on ciabatta bread with potato salad.

It seemed like our order took a while as I watched others pick up their orders. We got the order, and we were out the door. Since my sandwich was hot, I warmed it up after getting home. We both really enjoyed our meals. My wife did say her side was okay, but the wrap was really good. Prices were very reasonable and the food very good. Enjoy!

The staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile. My baked potato ? with broccoli ? and cheese ? was delicious!! Oh my gosh HOW big!! I also had to try the broccoli and cheese soup.. YUM! ?
I so appreciated the excellent customer service from beginning to end. The staff was amazing and made sure I was enjoying my lunch. I will be back the next time I travel with my husband. I’m looking forward to it already!! Great job guys… great job!!

I had a craving for a corned beef sandwich and I was in the neighborhood. They definitely did not disappoint. It was delicious. It came with a side and I had the tomato cucumber salad which was also good. Great sweet tea as well.

This was our first time ever going to a McAlister's deli. We were sorta expecting a Jason's Deli type restaurant, for the most part it was, just without the salad bar. We took advantage of the 2 for $10 special. I got the broccoli cheddar soup with the grilled chicken salad and my wife got a baked potato with a pastrami sandwich. The half salad was much larger than I expected and was very good. The veggies were fresh and the chicken was still moist. The broccoli cheddar soup was enough for me to go back for by itself. My wife had no complaints about her meal either, except the olives didn't quite pair well with the potato. We left full and satisfied. We can definitely see adding McAlister's to our rotation of restaurants.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Order line is very short and crowded for lunch crowd.
New Yorker w/Mac n cheese side: Pretty dry, bread not toasted, pretty disappointing. Mac and cheese is fair, reheated.
Ruben w/ fruit side: Dry, but overall good for a rueben.
Spudmax: two baked potatoes lengthwise with cheese, black olives, bacon, and NO sour cream. Good, but overall disappointing for the price.

Overall, fair if there is little to no wait. Just another chain restaurant whose quality is well below standards for the price.

I love McAlister's Deli specially the Veggie Sandwich ? however at this location the front desk service is really slow ?; however the kitchen does their job properly . To eat healthy with a lot of options this is a really good choice. The best thing of all, to be honest: is the sweet tea .... up to my what I have seen around the States.

Wish I could give this place a review on food but sadly that's not the case. 3 highschool aged females standing around. No one said anything. Two other customers walked in and walked up got helped. We were still standing there. Customer service or should I say lack there of is atrocious .Waited 10 minutes before leaving and going to firehouse. Prices are also higher than hunter Biden 8.99 for a baked potato. Yeah ok.
