I got recommended this spot from a friend. They advertise a Pan Con Bistec special with fries and a drink for $8.50, I ended up paying $19.01. When I pointed out the advertisement right next to the register, I got told no, not for me, lol. What a joke. If I wasn't hungry and in a hurry, I would have left. I'm definitely not coming back. I'll update my review once I actually try the food.

UPDATE
The food was OK, nothing special. The fries had no favor at all. You find a better sandwich at Vicky Bakery or Pinecrest Bakey.

Just giving feedback as far as the Shakes. This tall blond lady guess got mad because I said the shake was nasty and Trogh the domony back to me out of shot up a parthectus café con leche.

Cute little local sandwich shop. Staff was super friendly and food was quick. I was not super impressed with the Cuban sandwich that I ordered next time I'll have to try something else.

Found this little gem hidden in plain sight. The server/cashier was kind and helpful, helping us pick something delicious of the menu. I went with the loaded Cuban tots and my wife had caballo breakfast sandwich which was all so delicious and to top it all of we had the mini churros with duce de lechce sauce. We will definitely come again.

Great place. The lady was very nice. The food was great. Had the vaca frita. The pastries were so good I bought 5. The place was clean. Overall I enjoyed it. This is a small place but a good one. Go and enjoy, I did. Oh and the prices were very fair. I had the lunch special.

Absolutely delicious! They’re pastelitos are so good and their salted caramel latte might be my favorite in the area. Highly recommend 🙂

I've been coming here for over a year, and while the food I've had here is usually decent, the quality of coffee varies a lot depending on who is working behind the counter that day. There is usually a young, naive woman (a teenager) taking orders who either incorrectly charges me or makes a mediocre cup of coffee. Today I wanted to order an iced coffee, and despite there being a poster on the window advertising it, she looked at me like I had two heads and wanted to charge me over $7 for it despite me questioning the price (it's usually around $4.50). So I ordered two cortaditos instead with little sugar, as I didn't want to deal with the confusion. I saw the man who was making them put 3 tablespoons of sugar in both! I initially figured they weren't mine at first, but they were, and they were undrinkable as is. They then attempt to secure the lids on the coffees before I head out the door, but because the lids have small holes on the top, they leak immediately. Occasionally there is a man working there who serves stale coffee from a carafe that tastes terrible. You have to watch them make your drink and be assertive if you see them screw up your order (or if you want fresh coffee), otherwise there is a good chance you'll be disappointed. This place could be much better than it is if they had better management and trained their staff properly.

El Cubano Sandwich Shop #2. I keep forgetting this location exists; it's on the far southwestern corner of Coral Springs, right next to the Sawgrass — you can get off the highway and right here in a minute. It's not as busy as the first one. I usually don't go to this one because the other Sample Road location is (marginally) closer to the house. However, this one has more parking, and on Sundays, the original has a Haitian church next door that eats all the spots, so the extra 10-minute drive for me is worth it.

The Caballo sandwich is my choice for breakfast: minute palomilla garlic adobo seasoned steak, fried eggs, and American cheese on Cuban bread. With a cafe con leche.
