Bella is amazing!! She runs the office at San Marino and was so incredibly helpful to me from beginning to end. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and my needs and I have to say she really looked out for us - more so than I’ve ever experienced in a rental community thus far! Great location, brand new updates in the units, very pet friendly community - couldn’t ask for more!

I am in one of the top school districts by living in San Marino at Town Place. Bella the property manager has been so..so responsive in any request that we have the same day. She is looking out for our best interest and whether she is at our property or another...she is always available. I am thankful to give my kids the best education possible by living here at San Marino at Town Place with my daughter going to UF and my son top in his class at Spanish River. Bella makes a difference in our daily life here at San Marino!

Bella is AMAZING! Most helpful property manager there is. Very nice and accommodating. I've lived at 2 different properties with Bella as the property manager and they all have been great experiences!! If you need a good place to live and an awesome manager call Bella! She is the best!!!!

I found this town house and wow am I so lucky. As an FAU student there aren’t a lot of quality places to live in Boca that allow students. Bella was so patient through the entire process with us and it made it so much easier.

The community it self is so nice! As soon as we moved in two of my neighbors came over to say hello. Such a wonderful place so far!

Though, at the time of this writing, I have not been in the Apartment I leased, as of Dec. 5, because I work overseas, Susana Bella, the Property Manager, neglected nary a detail to help my family complete the leasing process. Her assistance was most valuable to expedite the leasing and help my family plan the move. My family and I were most fortunate to have been able to count on her indispensable support.

Moved to San Marino in 2016 great place great staff, Bella has been an incredible help. Very well kept area close to everything. Beautiful quiet friendly neighborhood. Would recommend to anybody.

I lived in San Marino for approx 6 years, loved it. The location couldn't be more perfect! Jimmy the property manager is the best, always accommodating and literally never had to ask two times for something. I would recommend to anyone looks for a quiet, well kept community.
