Horrible customer service They have office hours listed on the door. They are only open one day a week nine through 12. I checked in every hour and there was nobody at the office. Finally I decided to call the number I was told to wait 20 minutes outside fir the key I was told that I can only get one key and Michael was very rude Not helpful at all, and seemed like he just wanted me out of his hair when i needed a key to do laundry

Have visited a friend there since November. His front door was and still is broken. He said maintenance has repaired it twice but it breaks again right away

This place the rooms are ok, the building could use a face-lift it is situated at a good location lots of parking space.

These are condos, not apartments. That said, the quality of the unit depends on the owner. Location is great. Any violations of community standard should be reported, they take action but only if they know there's a problem. I love my condo. Participate in the neighborhood, all places have issues from time to time but you need to speak up if you have concerns. P.s The screaming brat girls we ran off too. Find out who the parents are if they are screaming at your back door now. That was annoying.

Lived here for years prior to 2018… ghetto and always had roaches from the neighbors and her nasty cats. Laundry room was always nasty

Loud kids parents let scream on your back porch and climb on your property the floors are old school and i pay 900 a month for this my last place westwood condominiums was so quiet up to date everything in the apartment walk in closets quit peaceful washer n dryer in unit all at Westwood but not here and I paid the same price 900 this place is to run down to be paying 900 a month!

Overall garbage apartment/condo complex. I saw two fires happen here in two months-- one of which was most likely arson. Heard gunshots another time, and had unknown people knocking on the door at ~3am. Avoid.
