I love this place! Been ordering it for years at my office. the sandwiches are so fresh and yummy. The cherry on top is the customer service. Everyone is great and we adore Jeff the delivery guy. He is always so happy and accommodating! I typically get the turkey ham and cheese, do yourself a favor and add their creamy Italian dressing to you sub YUM!

The food is great!! However, they changed the “chicken” gumbo soup to include shrimp and pork sausage!!! The problem was, they didn’t tell me when I ordered by phone, nor is it listed on the menu about the change. They were very nonchalant and unapologetic when I called and returned it. The employee asked, “What do you want me to do about it!” I hope they will make a concerted effort to inform people that order this soup. Some people have seafood allergies or religious restrictions. They have to be more careful to protect their brand and legacy!

I’m one bite in and this is the best Italian sub I’ve ever had. This bread is like no other. I feel like it’s been resting on a pillow getting pampered. 18 million stars if I could. You guys should bring a location to Jacksonville. I can’t get anything like this up there.
