Excellent subs with a Vietnamese twist. They use a baguette for the bread and toast it then Vietnamese BBQ or Satay for meat, fresh veggies, just a great sub. They also offer Pho soup. I had the beef satay sub with a Vietnamese coffee and it was tasty. This place is on Rice Howard Way and can be easy to miss, so look for it and you won’t be disappointed. It’s clean and well lit. Staff is friendly and courteous.

this sandwich cost 8.25, took thirty minutes to make, and the baguette was cold. the only reason this isn't one star is because I had good experiences here in the past and I'm hoping this is an off day.

Lunch hour was packed. Ordered the beef satay sub and a fountain drink. It had a very nice bun and good amount of filling, but was very saucy (too much). The foundation drink was 1/2 ice so bad value. The menu had lots of options. I didn't like it as much as some of the places in China Town, but I would definitely eat there again. Didn't find it to be over priced.

I enjoyed the lemongrass need vermicelli bowl on Tuesday that I went back and had the lemongrass chicken bowl on Wednesday. My coworker said the Pho was really good too. She had that two days in a row - first day with rare beef and the next with pork. Good food.

This restaurant has superb Vietnamese cuisine and some of the best banh mi subs I've ever had! Usually this place is quite crowded at lunch or just after offices close for the day, but if you can get in at a quiet time you can relax in a quiet, homey atmosphere and enjoy some delicious food!

The best reasonably priced Vietnamese food you could get within walking distance of downtown core. I usually go here for their soup noodles, since I find that the subs (although good) is pricier and not as meaty compared to chinatown areas.

Great Vietnamese subs and noodle soups. Chicken satay is amazing. Service is quick and friendly. A real hidden gem in downtown.
