I’ve traveled with this company for years and as time passes they get worse, the drivers are disrespectful ! I was picked up an hour late, a 3 hour ride is 5 hours with this company on a good day, I’ve had money stolen from my bags, property destroyed because they try shoving all the bags in a tiny trunk to fit more people, we had16 people in a van!! Not including babies!!! Seat belts don’t work! The drivers text while driving , babies on laps, and today the driver left a mom and her two BABIES stranded outside in the rain in because he wanted an additional 40$ for a baby who sat on her lap the entire 5 hours! And when she declined he kicked her and her babies out and proceeded to keep their stroller, bags and belongings because she felt like she was being robbed!!!!! These people are heartless, disrespectful and cruel. I honestly don’t know how they are still running, worse experience traveling, they need to be shut down!!!!

This company offers a great service, the problem is the drivers are some of the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. I am always told one price over the phone and a different price from the driver. It is so frustrating to have to argue back and forth with these drivers because they give absolutely no F___'s. Now that I frequent their services, I do not let them tell me otherwise. 1 piece of luggage is always free, if you have multiples they charge $10.00 extra. Make sure you stand firm with them, and always call base yourself if you must dispute something, DO NOT by any means let them call for you! but all else is fine.
