Wow I was referred to this place and I will definitely return. The service is top notch and friendly. Brandy and Veronica were awesome. Good was fresh, hit and tasty. Thanks for a great lunch.

If you’re looking for Crispy Alabama fried chicken it’s here. You don’t find many places like this in Cali either. The fried okra is pretty bomb ?. The tamales were ok.

I drive past this place everytime I vist my brother and he never tells me about it until months later.This was soooo good and it was fresh and the environment is awesome with plenty of parking! We went on a sunday and they had FRIED GREEN TOMATOES!!!! I tried the fried chicken, potato salad and baked beans and it was all sooo good! #8robinsonstv ##mariodeblakrobinson

Eugene—it had been a while since we dined…your place was one of mom’s favorites and it was just sad to think about going without her. But we dined in yesterday (1/6) and as always we were completely happy with the food and service! The size of the wings was crazy and our server—Icy— was phenomenal! Only disappointment was that you weren’t there! Hope to see you soon!

Ordered take out fried chicken. Received my order in less than 10 minutes. For the first time ever, the server asked me check my order to make sure it was correct, which it was! When I got home with my order, the chicken was moist and tasty. The sides were plentiful and tasted homemade. I am very pleased with the quality, taste, and portion size of my order. I will definitely be back.

I'm giving 2 stars only because the food was good. Went with my little as we were having a girls day. It was clean and the food was great but that's all I can say was good. It wasn't super busy and my server came to me right away and asked if we wanted an appetizer she was super sweet. I said yes she went and put it in. I got my appetizer but our waitress hasn't come back to take our food order yet. 5 minutes later we finally get to order. When we got our food I didn't see my server again till we were done eating and I finally got a refill on my drink. I asked for a to go box/drink and thought I would get my check then. By this point my 2 year old was getting busy. She brought Togo box but no check 10 minutes go by and she comes back and I ask for the check. $40 later for me and a 2 year old we finally get to leave. We will not be back 1 it is just too expensive for us (this is not on the establishment I just didn't realize cost till we arrived that's my own fault) 2 service was not there and I didn't like that it was quiet and you could hear the servers kinda fussing at each other and cussing in the kitchen.

2/24 Update:
I still love Champy's. We come at least once a month. The food and service has been constantly good for years now. The food is always hot. The beer prices are good. The servers are always friendly. I have nothing bad to say about Champy's.

I love Champy's. I've never had a bad meal here and I've been a lot. They have some of the best chicken tenders in town. All the sides are great. Fries are always done right and delicious. The on the bone fried chicken is always great as well. Prices are great too.

Nice selection of craft beer. I do wish they would rotate the kegs more but that's just because I love trying new beer.

I love supporting this small business.

Update: 4/18/21
We went for the brunch and the chicken and waffles were really good. The potatoes were very bland though. One thing that bothered me is there was no physical brunch menu. Even though our waitress explained what they served for brunch well, I didn't know what it cost and there is always a certain kind of rush feeling when you can't read exactly what you are getting.

I think Champy's could really benefit from a physical brunch and beer menus. I've also had this issue when sitting in the dining room and wanting a beer and while the wait staff has a beer menu, it usually doesn't have everything on it.

I'm not changing my 5 star review because I love Champy's and I will continue to come frequently because the quality and good service is always there.
