My first time at this location. I had the chicken strip meal, with hush puppies and mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was a little chewy, but had crisp crust and tasted good. I wish they had some good malt vinegar to go with the hush puppies, which were also good. The potatoes were very good. The business interior temperature had to have been close to 80°. I don't like perspiring while having dinner. The staff member was pleasant.

First time here. I was in the mood for some french fries, the images shared here look like they were fresh cut fries, so I thought I'd give them a try. I pulled up to the drive through and was looking for just the sides on the menu, but they weren't listed. A woman's voice came over and told me to go ahead and order whenever I was ready and I said, thank you, and then she yelled at me "Go!"
I should have left then. I told her I was just after an order of fries, and she gave me my total and told me to pull around. I pulled up to the window and it took a couple of minutes before anyone came over, but when the young man came to the window, he asked me what I had ordered. I told him I ordered some fries, but he said no one took my order. I told him a female talked me over the speaker and took my order and gave me my total and told me to pull around. He said he was sorry, but that she didn't actually place the order.

Again, i should have left. He asked me what I ordered, and I told him it was just an order of fries, so he rang it up and charged me. A few minutes later, I got the fries, but they were skinny little fast food fries and not at all like the image of the fresh cut fries that was on google. Way too salty. No napkin in the bag. Major disappointment on food and service. One and done, won't be going back.

Stopped in around 12.30 on a Sunday. The dining room was clean, there was plenty of seating, and we were greeted kindly by the staff. I ordered my "go-to" Chicken N Waffle Combo. It was served fresh and with a smile!

Brandi and Rusty made our day! This was the first time we had been here before and it was delicious. We ordered the chicken strips with mashed potatoes. The chicken was hot/fresh, well seasoned, and they gave us several sauces to try out. I asked Rusty where the headquarters was located, I have never seen this place on our travels before. He said right here in Wichita, Kansas. I wished they had this place when we were stationed here. They gave us exceptional customer service and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place if you want fresh chicken! I would say if Chick-fil-a and Raising Canes got married, Chick N Max would be their baby!

This is a great place to have some wonderful chicken sandwiches, with a range of chicken options. You would love it even more if you like it spicy. However, if your party have any vegetarians, they could be disappointed as their options are very very limited, almost non existent, may be that is to be expected in a Chicken restaurant. ?
Staff are really friendly and we were served by John who was fantastic.
Would definitely go back there if I'm in the neighborhood ever again.

I got a Nashville hot sandwich with onion rings, careful because it's made right now, so it's temperature hot. The sandwich was delicious, seemed like they had two chicken tenders put together instead of a breast so it kept separating. But it was delicious, not too spicy for me. My wife had chicken tenders and both meals came out hot and delicious. Would come again, a bit on the high side price wise, two combos for $24 with drinks. Chicken was the bomb though.

First visit. I liked that the chicken was moist, tender, and lightly breaded. Peppered batter made it flavorful. The best ranch!!! Hush puppies and Mashed potatoes with skin and gravy so good too. Landon took my order and he was a nice young man, very helpful.

One thing I noticed is there is never any business. I knew this and questioned the freshness of the food, and still tried it. I got this salad bowl with quinoa and veggies. It was bad. It tasted like they premake the bowls and add chicken on top when ordered. I immediately returned it. The worker apologized and even offered free food. I declined. The service is what gave more stars. I know the restaurant is good cause I have ordered a chicken sandwich before at a different location.
