What a fantastic chain of restaurants. This is my third visit and first to a different establishment. It was JUST as good as my previous visits to other locations. Food is so very fresh, and fantastic. The staff are wonderful and helpful in every way. The place is bright and extremely clean. The music tends to be loud but they are accommodating to sensitive hearing visitors.

I can't sing enough praises about how good this place is. Extremely highly recommend!

Edit to update: the manager of the store contacted my place of business at 10:30 last night and spoke to my dispatcher. He threatened to leave bad reviews on all of our business pages and asked my dispatchers who wore the man's pants in my relationship. I'm truly mind blown by this behavior.

Every employee we spoke to was rude. The older lady that took my order cut me off in the middle yelling "you need to hang on a minute." So I waited. After ordering they brought my friend's food (who ordered separately) but not mine. After about 30 minutes my friend went in to ask about my order. A young lady came out and said they couldn't find my order and asked for my receipt. I gave it to her. She asked if I wanted a refund or a to go box. I told her if she could have it ready in 5 minutes, a to go order. If not I would need a refund. My 3 year old was getting very restless. A few minutes later a guy came out with our order. He never looked directly at me. Said "your number wasn't on the table. That's why we didn't bring it out." I told him it had been sitting on the table beside me. He then said "No. It wasn't. Anyway here's your food. There are two extra cookies in the bag." And dropped my bag on the table
I eat here often as I take my daughter to a place in the mall often. I will never eat here again after the poor customer service I experienced today.

First time eating here and was not disappointed. Loved it so much had to go back up before we left and purchase some to go. Great place to eat, great food, our server was very sweet. We both had the Chicken Salad BLT Sandwich. The Grape Salad is so different and refreshing. To me it is a dessert in itself. Loved it! Will be back. Glad to have another place to eat that isn't a burger or pizza place and I love burgers and pizza.

Food was fantastic. I got the tomato bisque, and it was so good. Tasted homemade, very low salt! Chunky tomato. Yum! Got my fav salad, Olivia's with chunks of egg and pickle relish on a tasty croissant. I also tried the white cake, which did not disappoint. It wasn't overly sweet at all.
My partner tried the bacon cheese melt. The manager came by to ask us to let her know what we thought of the new sandwich.
Customer service is awesome at this location as well

2/9/2024 Overall, an amazing experience! Brother Mike got "fancy nancy croissant sandwich" he said he was expecting more of the variety of ingredients that usually are in it, and I had 3 scoop plate(fruity fran, cranberry kelli, and dixie chick). I really appreciated the huge leaf of lettuce on the plate and would recommend that all the people who don't eat bread are to get extra pieces of lettuce to eat the scoops with. Now i have another idea with 13 different scoops to choose from, all 13 flavors on 1 plate and plenty of lettuce leaf to indulge in all CHICKEN SALAD CHICK has to offer. $24.78 for the 2 of us, we had water to drink. Place is clean, staff was friendly, spacious seating, plenty of parking.

Love the concept of serving chicken salads and chicken salad sandwiches! There is a whole menu of different kinds to choose from, including three fruity styles. Sandwiches are served on wheat or white toast or a croissant. My sandwich was also served with a pickle and small cookie. They have a nice indoor dining room as well as outdoor seating. Good experience!

Tried Chicken Salad Chick today. Don’t expect to see Hot Dogs or Hamburgers here, just fresh made to order variety of Salads with your choice of breads, mini side salad or fruit.

Had the Egg Salad on Wheat with lettuce, side broccoli salad with bacon in a light coke-slaw style dressing, pickle and a cookie. They have fountain soft drinks as well as regular and flavored sweet teas.

For a healthy lunch alternative, I fully recommend Chicken Salad Chick. Very delicious, clean environment and great staff.
