Trash! Rude attorneys with no sympathy for cust parents. They do nothing to hold non cust parent accountable. He can miss court dates payments for years and its fine. If you dont pay a speeding ticket and miss your court daye there will be a warrant, the same rules should apply for these trash men who work under the table to avoid their child support obligation!!!!

Child support office of Texas is a joke! They locked my bank account because they have stuff all messed up and my account wasn't getting credited and now we can't pay any bills! I pay the mothers directly now and they say they are getting their portion! Lmao!!! You don't deserve a portion! You don't take care of my kids!!!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Even with more than enough proof that child support should've been reduced and the "ex" not showing up for the hearing, even with a letter from the OAG stating that it needs to be reduced, it never was! I called Nancy Lopez repeatedly, left messages and never received a response, ever! And still to this day there's a complete lack of concern for a father that truly does care for the well-being of his kids..you're automatically assumed to be a deadbeat dad..
