I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and it was below average for sure. I could have made a much better sandwich for cheaper. I will not be going back.

Pretty mid in regards to the sandwiches. Ordered the full montagu which unfortunately had very wilted lettuce and low quantity of meat compared to what you would consider fair for the pricing. The chipotle chicken avocado was good with the right amount of sauce and avocado. The tomato soup was creamy. The clam chowder was okay - doesn’t go above and beyond.

I really liked the service and the person that took my order was really nice, I’m a picky eater and I only have meat and cheese on my sandwich but the sandwich wasn’t dry at all I loved there turkey it was nice and juicy

Excellent food, impeccable service! Holiday Turkey tasted just like Thanksgiving dinner! Hawaiian BBQ is a delicious blend of sweet BBQ and pineapple with grilled chicken. The Italian sub was really good with the authentic tastes of an Italian sub.

Ordered the Tuna melt it had very little Tuna. It was basically a mayonnaise melt with a little bit of Tuna. I don't waste food but I only had a few bites an threw the sandwich away.
I expected a much better sandwich from Earl.

We walked up and there were no employees behind the counter. After waiting at least 5 mins finally 3 people come from the back. Several people got in line after us but it was not busy. I watched as a male employee put onions and tomatoes on my sandwich and wrap it up. A minute later he took the order off the shelf, unwrapped my sandwich, and removed the onions and the tomatoes and wrapped it back up. When we were handed the order I immediately slid the sandwich back to the employee and told her my sandwich needs to be remade since I actually saw him do it because he blatantly didn't read the order. That man left and went to the back leaving another girl to remake my sandwich plus all the people behind us. Yet another employee came from the back and grabbed something and left. So at minimum there were 4 people working and these 2 girls at front were doing it all. Thank goodness I don't have a severe allergy but if that were actually the case then it would have been catastrophic.
