I love this place! One of the best things I have ever done for myself is signing up for pole classes at Impulse. EVERY teacher there is amazing in their own way, the owner is sweet and very responsive with any questions/help I ever need, and the intro class and curriculum was super helpful when just starting out. Parking is easy, the prices are more than fair, and it’s such a fun and empowering workout! Thank you Impulse for improving my life <3

I booked the Diva Bachelorette private pole class here for my birthday to celebrate with a group of friends. It was my first time here and I had a great experience. They were very communicative throughout the whole booking process. Our instructor was amazing! Super patient and pleasant! We ended up going over time wanting to take pictures & do last minute things and she was super nice about. This package came with champagne ( Gotta drink it before or after) some decorations & 1 hour class for up to 12 people, 7 minimum. I would definitely come back!

Impulse offers everything you need to get started or continue growing in your pole journey. The instructor I’m currently working with has made each class accessible for all levels by showing the base move along with ways to level up. I also love the yoga for pole dancers. This gym doesn’t disappoint.

Amazing experience for my bachelorette! Lauren was great & is the best instructor!!! Would definitely come back for more classes if I lived in the area. It was a good mixture of fitness (warm ups, stretches, dancing) and sexy (pole tricks, floor work, etc). The best part is they take their time and break down the moves in an entertaining, easy to understand way. none of us felt confident at first and then all walked out feeling the total opposite! Loved every second!

This studio is amazing! Ladies if you are looking for an experience where you are coached through tricks on the pole then this studio is it! I am surprised by how much my body can do and would’ve never known if I didn’t try. It is so fun! I know how to do the genie move during my first class!

I booked a Diva Birthday party and let’s just say we thoroughly enjoy every min of it. Not to mention a last min accommodation worth every penny. To be able to be yourself and just be in the moment was everything to me and my girls!! 10/10 highly recommend?

First off. The atmosphere and the people are amazing, very welcoming, specially when you are new. I love its based off a curriculum teaching the proper techniques. The classes are fun and the instructors are very helpful and attentive! So much better than the boring gym.

Had a pole dancing class on 6/10/23 for my birthday. It was me and 9 of my closest friends and we had a blast . Also learned a lot will definitely come back and reserve again. Highly recommend.
