Ordered for 4 people and ended up not receiving two steak egg and cheese McGriddles, let the kid at the register know and he told the kitchen, 10 minutes later and still haven’t gotten them. Told lady who looked like the manager and she told the kitchen, again, waited another 10 minutes. Was supposed to be a quick stop on the way to Houston turned into a long stop. Just seems like they can’t remember orders at all or get food out fast enough. Not even busy as it was early in the morning.

The place is extremely clean. It was an older gentleman that was very kind and asked me if he could clean my table. I’m driving from California to Florida. I stopped at many establishments, but I have to tell you is extremely clean. Luis was very helpful.

It’s a nice spot for a stop over! Crew was really caring and did an amazing job! Restroom and place is amazingly well cleaned! That was refreshing! Highly recommended for those who are in long drives out there! ?

I don’t want to leave no stars. Came this afternoon to grab food thru the drive thru and the Manager was rude disrespectful yelling refuse to read my order back to them she told snapped at me told me good bye. So I drove around to the the front to come and yes I was livid bc that kind of service isn’t permitted in any fast food establishment. Yes I came in livid mad as heck. That African American Manager was so rude disrespectful yelling so I yelled back so disrespectful yes I threw ketchup but she threw a pot of hot coffee and it hit my 15 yr olds daughter in the leg and the hot coffe splashed onto my other minor Son. I left to rush them to the nearest hospital. My 15yr old daughter got burned along with a nasty bruise on her. I will be contacting corporate bc during our shouting match I warned that Manger that I worked for the corporate office McDonald’s and she told me just as loud as day she doesn’t give F about her job and it shows. I will be contacting a lawyer to file a law suit. That kind of behavior isn’t necessary in fast food service. And as I was stating numerous of times during our shouting match don’t be mad at the customer bc your yelling thru the drive thru like that. And to repeat anyone’s order isn’t going to hurt anyone. I repeated myself several times before she got upset and yelled at me . This last needs to be locked up and I want her name because she needs to be held responsible for her actions ketchup verses a pot of scrolling hot coffee not knowing who your gonna hit is unacceptable. If I get no response by Tuesday be excepting a call from my Lawyers. Choose better employees who really care about their guest as well as treat the employees with respect. Throwing scrolling hot coffee is an assault and towards a minor. Police report has been made against Sara if that’s even her name. Black tall woman with a ponytail in the top of her head.

The WORST McDonald’s we have ever ate at. Food was stale, meat was hard, no flavor. Tasted as if everything was sitting out for hours. Called to complain and they didn’t even care. HORRIBLE. Being a McDonald’s I didn’t expect a 5star restaurant, but that was nasty.

Don't waste your time just go to the Flatonia location. At that one they aren't rude yelling through the speaker "will you wait" even though no cars are in line or at the drive thru window then proceed to ignore you.
