Do not order a “grilled chicken” anything. It’s mystery meat. I have attached photos, as you’ll see it’s not truly grilled. I knew once I saw it come out of the microwave it was going to be “special”. I’m not sure what the hype is about this place tbh. They serve blue bell? Cool.. so does everyone else where blue bell is made. Just an elementary school cafeteria style place with low quality items.

Great stop for a roadtrip meal, we came at 1:30 on a Friday and only there were a couple of people in line. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread and a Lite Lunch (chicken salad on a half avocado) heavenly combo with broccoli cheese soup and it was all very tasty.

The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is great It is a cafeteria style and even if it is really busy you get through it quickly. And the Broccoli Cheese soup is to die for. It is the best I have had from restaurants So give it a try.

Got here when it opened, so super fast service.
Very nice staff.
Best soft drinks ever! Good mix. Worth cheating today, only drink about 1 soda a month.
Very good, wife liked the chicken salad sandwich and broccoli cheese soup.
My club was really good. Very good cherry pie! Wife really liked her bourbon chocolate chip pecan pie.
Will visit again next time we are in town.

Was a nice lunch spot. I had the quiche which was good. The pie was great and everything was well kept and clean. Very large menu with daily specials. It was nice to have the option of fruit as a side. My wife had the Texas Monte Cristo. It seemed odd to me but the taste was fine. It was just a bit burnt as well.

Best place to eat at in Brenham go check it out it can get really packed and that means they are very good. Plus they serve ICE CREAM! Blue Bell! Texas made ? so you know it's the best. They also have amazing Pie ?. Very child friendly for families and great for dates as well.

I thought the food was mediocre in both quality and preparation. I don't really like to see such heavy use of microwaves in a place (4?). I don't really like the single line, prepay, model they use either. I don't want to come to a restaurant to stand on my feet in a line. I'm on my lunch BREAK. Seemed to be an old folks haunt. I've had a 5 star sandwich and this isn't close. Just being honest!
