délicieux banh mi, bien meilleur que ceux soi-disant célèbres à Santa Ana. ils ont également des spécialités du Centre, faites "maison", succulentes ! je le recommande vivement.

I've been visiting this hidden gem for over a decade, and I can confidently say that their bánh mì remains some of the best I’ve ever had in Chinatown! The #1 option with cold cuts and Vietnamese-style meatloaf is incredibly flavorful. I might be mistaken, but I detect a lovely smoky note that elevates the entire sandwich.
The bread is truly exceptional—fresh, soft on the inside, and perfectly crunchy on the outside. It’s the ideal baguette to complement the vibrant fillings. Every bite is a delightful mix of textures and flavors that keeps me coming back for more. If you’re in the area, you have to give this place a try!

For $6 it's a pretty great price for a Vietnamese Sandwich. The #1 seems to come with everything, but we happened to get the #4 this time. Crisp and flakey on the outside with a soft pillowiness on the inside. The flavors are fresh and the jalapeno just a bit spicy.

Service wasn't that fast, but it's worth the short wait. Although the atmosphere is a little rundown, it still feels cozy

The place was amazingly chill. I called and the gentleman on the phone was calling me by the name on the caller ID. I was thrown off but hilarious!
Ordered my sandwiches and they said they'll be ready soon!
I got to the spot and walked in and the gentleman already knew I was there for the phone order. Hilarious!
I did not know it was CASH ONLY! Good thing I had a $20 bill with me. It was $18 for 3 sandwiches.
I wish it had more meat to be honest but they were damn good! Especially the beef!!!!!
GO! TRY IT! CASH ONLY! DON'T FORGET! ?

I ordered 2 x #1's via phone without knowing the price. I waited as the owner confirmed with me by asking "phone order?" the moment he saw me. Lol how did he know? (The force is strong with this one, I thought.)

While helping another lady, he grabbed my sandwiches. I was shocked that it was $6 / sandwich. The lady being helped panicked seeing that her bus was on the way. Owner paid me quickly, then tried to help the lady asap.

I walked towards my car and saw the bus stop. Let the bus driver know there was a lady coming, and if he could please wait. He was cool and waited with me. The owner bolted so quickly that he entered through the backdoor and when he stopped, he was in the middle of the bus.

What a guy. I will be coming back.
And the sandwich was delicious. My co worker was pleasantly surprised by the fair price and asked for the name of the store.

The BEST Bahn mi I’ve had in the area! The guy who took my order was super friendly and fast, I felt very welcomed. I ordered the #1 and an iced coffee, if you’re never had Vietnamese iced coffee be warned it is very strong but I love it that way. I’ll definitely come back!

Got the grilled chicken and pork bahm mi and both were great! Loved the lemongrass and onion flavoring in the meat and the bread was crunchy and delicious too. Will absolutely come back for more again when I'm back in the area
