Jeanette and Eric’s establishment was the best find as a local. This review is past due, last weekend my spouse and I were blessed to be positioned to work EDC right next to Orlando City Deli. We felt blessed! The chopped cheese is no doubt top tier worth the comeback every time. You can literally watch Eric chef it up & make your meal from beginning to end. I don’t eat just anywhere & I don’t come back if I don’t feel it.

This place is off the corner of OBT and South St. in a small plaza across from Texas Chicken. The family is great, very friendly helpful and amazing hospitality. This was my first time visiting. Entering the store front, inside has an open space kitchen and dining area, few chairs and tables, bottled vending cooler,public bathroom area which is also kept clean and neat. I ordered a Steak & Cheese, fries and a drink. It was so delicious I ended up ordering their Special NY Chop Cheese. Definitely a go-to spot for me. If you are ever in the Orlando area please, please check them out. You will not regret it!!!

This place reminds me of back home in NY. The food is on point it taste better than back home to be honest because E&J don’t miss. Every time I swear it tastes better than before.
E&J have me and my family spoiled from the Bacon egg & cheese to the Chopped Cheese, to the Chopped Chicken to The Steak and cheese better than Philly, did I mention the Pastellios CHACHO OMG. Delicious I’m telling y’all come check this spot out if you’re from up north and you see the Food , The Vibe and service is off the hook.
I salute you E&J. Thank you for bringing a part of home to Orlando.

Great place if you are from New York you going to love this place is like home . The owners are friendly and the chopped cheese sandwiche of the hook my friend from work is going to eat that sandwich 🥪 is like home . Going back again and again💯🇵🇷🔥

The place is small sell spot tucked in the corner of obt. Owners were extremely welcoming and appreciative the travel we took to get there. Ordering was fairly easy and we waited roughly about 15 minutes for the freshly made chopped cheese. It was delicious! Thinly sliced but graciously spread on a warm soft loaf. The sauce was tangy and added the right flavors with the meat. Very filling! I ate half when I left and the other half before I went to bed. You can’t reheat everything! I must say- it was just as delicious as the first loaf I ate earlier. The price was reasonable for what I got. I highly recommend this spot and only wish they had fries to pair with the succulent sub.

OMG!!!!!! I stopped by for the first time today heading back to Miami and I came and order the chop cheese with a side of fried plantains. The ambiance was comforting and welcoming which I truly love. However, when I tell you I wish they had a location in Miami Dade I was sort of upset with myself for eating it too fast. The sub had so much flavor along with the freshness of the toasted hoagie roll. The plantains were fresh out of the grease and salted to perfection paired with their house Aoili which I had to come back in to get one more to enjoy with my chop. Customer service were tremendous and anytime I’m in Orlando I will most definitely stop by. Thank you again.
