First time here and I’m so glad I found it. It is delicious!! I had the skinny steakhouse beef sandwich

Skinny size - great portion size but the sandwich tasted so good I regretted not getting the medium.

Roast beef - sliced thick, tender, perfection

Loved the aioli sauce and the blue cheese crumbles!!

I’ll definitely be back for more.

Potbelly’s have my business for life! The staff was fantastic! The atmosphere was a whole vibe annnnnnnnnnd what set this place apart is the owner came over to me and others as he was leaving to asked if I was satisfied! That’s definitely a game changer! Especially with this being my first time trying this place? I got the powerhouse salad but I can’t wait to come back and try the farmhouse salad

Google! You better not mistake this for a bot! This place is perfect!!!!! The food is a fair price with VERY large portions!!! I'll have half for lunch and the other half for dinner!!!

The service was otherworldly! I unironically felt like family when I walked in!!! Jamali took my order and he's just an earnest great guy! I felt perfectly welcome!!

I'm gonna take a pic to show you the atmosphere!! Keep in mind, this is a SANDWICH SHOP it has no business looking this nice!!!

Always love coming here! The staff is kind and quick, knowledgeable of the menu and the ingredients, and have great recommendations. The atmosphere is quiet and chill and the restaurant is very cool and the food always tastes fresh and hot. Smaller seating area but spaced out well. The app also has great coupons and deals if you feel like downloading it, I don't have it but my sister gets bo-go sandwiches often. Absolutely come here!

Nice spot to grab a light sandwich. Veggies are fresh and crisp. Don't be fooled by the sizing a skinny (small) is plenty. I snagged a combo with a soup and left feeling perfectly full. Husband got the Big (large) and was a happy camper. Music is enjoyable and the right level to have a good conversation.

A Chicago favorite in my backyard!? I was so excited to get a Potbelly’s in Orlando and it has not disappointed. The staff is very friendly, restaurant is clean and food is DELISH!

The food was delicious fast service good atmosphere. I will highly recommend on the downside I could not understand the guy handling the bread or the young lady adding toppings on the sandwich. I’m not sure if it was too loud or they was speaking a different language by language, I mean their products have different names that I haven’t heard before by far this was the most expensive sub combo I ever purchased, but it was very very delicious The manager became the cashier. He was very very professional great place I highly recommend you Give them a try

Got an opportunity to try this place out last week and honestly, maybe my expectations of a historied establishment opening up shop got the best of me, as I was expecting top-notch Chicago-style foods.

I'm not saying the subs weren't good. But in a market filled with great varieties of subs from Publix to national chains, Bahn mi, and so on, I didn't find anything that really stood out amongst the crowd. Actually, the pizza sub was really good, so that was certainly my win for the visit.

Ignoring everything I know about the brand, and just focusing on my experience, I would say the overall experience was good but nothing worth coming back for.

The customer service was lackluster. One of the staff was very nice. The other staff were lackluster, especially for a newly opened establishment. Service was mid at best.

The pizza sub was my highlight. If I am in the area and decide to stop in again, that would be my get. Besides that, the other subs were pretty much a glorified subway in my opinion. There are better options to get good subs.

As for the atmosphere, it was pretty quiet. I loved the decor inside the shop. It leaned on the historical roots it was created on and was a fun concept.

Now, the one thing I was bummed about was the side options. National branded chips or soup. I really feel this made the place an okay spot to grab a sandwich but nothing more. (Having never been to a potbelly, I didn't know what to expect, but that wasn't quite it.)

Overall, if someone ever asked if I would recommend this place, I'd say it's worth a try. But this would be far down my list of places I'd recommend.

Nevertheless, I'll be back for the pizza sub!
