The food is fantastic. I have a busy schedule and order out often. I was picking up food 2+ times a week but the inconvenience of this bag situation has made me stop (now I order MAYBE once a month). They will package your food in separate paper bags (which honestly wastes more paper/materials than a bag with handles) and WON’T give you a bag with handles unless you have a “large order” (I always order at least 2 separate meals so idk what large means). I’ve offered to pay for the bag, buy something else for the bag, but nothing matters. Packing food like this makes it impossible to travel in all aspects. It won’t fit on one car seat unless you stack it, and will slide off if you stack it. I have a 2 seater so I literally have no where to put this order. You need 2 hands to hold it, I literally can’t open my front door with these bags. I at least want to be able to PAY for the bag. I honestly don’t even care how much just LET ME BUY A BAG PLSSSS 🙁 I WANT TO COME BACK BUT CANT DEAL WITH THE INCONVENIENCE LOL

The food used to be good, but today I went and it was actually really bad, it wasn't fresh. It's also very uncomfortable while you're eating to have to listen to the bad attitude of the waitresses when taking orders. They should improve their service.

The food is good especially the chicken. Customer service is terrible. The 2 ladies that take orders always have an attitude. It’s the same every time we go. They don’t like when people ask questions so they shouldn’t Work taking orders. While I was waiting for my food they even criticized a customer that called to place an order and couldn’t hear well. After hanging up, one of the girls was complaining about the customer and the other girl agreed with her. They need better customer service.

Food is fresh and delicious. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Saw many people get takeout while we dined. They seemed to be in and out quickly.

My husband and I visited Po-Yo today for the first time. We were amazed with the beautiful decor and ambiance. The chicken is super juicy and lovely, as we expected. We ordered chicken quesadillas and they were delicious too. As side orders we ordered sweet potatoes, tostones, rice and beans and cheesy fries. I can honestly say that the only thing we really didn’t like were the beans because I believe they lacked some spices. I would suggest that you add the menu to the page and that the greater would be more cordial. Overall I would visit again. Tons of blessings on this new journey!

Amazing chicken and sauces! Super yummy and affordable, and the patio is super cute and set a little bit back off the street so the cars aren't that close. Loved that they served popcorn while we waited for our food.

I had my first meal from this place yesterday. OMG the food was delicious! P.S. The frijoles are unbelievable. It reminds me of the beans I ate as a kid. Well done folks. ? ?
