Horrendous, so horrendous I need to publicize.

Publix needs to do better

1. Apparently kittens allowed in store, as I enter store and see a young lady proudly shouldering a cute little kitty. No cats allowed? Guess not?

2. Online Deli order, 25 minutes to pickup, upon arrival, was told by Deli, sorry we got distracted, 15 minutes to completion.

3. Proceed to checkout, very slow night confirmed, express tem aisle open, great. 3 items, 1 of which fascinates checkout clerk until I ask, can you stop and check me out.

Fresh Fruit and vegetables! Great bakery and lunch counter friendly people. The rating is not fair it's because they didn't have two of my favorite items. Items that only Publix Carry's which is why they are great. Ok I'm moving up to a 4 clean store plenty of parking. I count on them for having my peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies and one other item but they did not.

Requested that a beef tenderloin be cut into 1" steaks wrapped 2 to a package and to save the tail. The butcher didn't listen to a word I said and cut random-sized steaks, a huge section they ground up, and the tail left was tiny, all into one package. $135 I paid for somebody not to do what I requested. Will stand over them like a hawk the next time. Cannot trust to listen.

Our Island Publix has a remarkable selection and offerings for many different eating protocols. Thanks to shopping online I learn about all the gluten free and plant options I love that they carry live BFree Brand breads in the near the deli!

We would expect better service from Publix Super Market. Our cashier Sam was very rude and condensending. Our gift card would not scan correctly and he made it seem like a huge inconvenience for him and talked down to us.

Always helpful, always friendly, always Publix! Got everything you'd need and then some! Subs are my favorite better than Subway, and I ways grocery shop here!
