Update on San Antonio. Our new pastor, Father Lang offers communion on the tongue in accordance with cannon law. He has also instituted Thursday evening adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and confession. Dear Mr. Petzold, please visit again. I think you would be pleased with the changes.

Father Lawton is a Welcome Breath of Fresh Air. He brings a youthful spirit to San Antonio. His Homily’s are always direct and thoughtful. Father is supportive of the many activities yet will always make time to shake your hand and say hello. Give San Antonio and Father Lawton a try if you’re looking for a place to worship. You’ll be glad you did!

As a Catholic it's a shame they let Leo Riley hold mass after being accused touching alter boys as early as 2015. This is the type of church that's OK with this junk.

My Amazing brother passed away and all though I appreciate almost everything the church did for him, however .. I didn’t appreciate the “it’s good enough for government work” comment while positioning his coffin on the wheels ..that I inadvertently captured on video. My brother was an army vet, an emt, a firefighter , a police officer and many many other things to this world in his short life and I think he deserved better than “good enough for government work” . I am saddened that this was what was thought of him in his untimely end . I tried to add this actual video to this comment but I can’t load videos apparently. I now have this , what was supposed to be a video of my families final goodbye to our beloved family member , now tainted with the insensitive words of the person who should have had the upmost respect for my brother .

After visiting Florida numerous times in the past, I fell in love...Within this past year and with all of its struggles, I retired. My fiance and I have purchased a home and relocated from Philadelphia, Pa. to SW Florida... during the process we visited San Antonio Catholic Church and was welcomed with warm friendly smiles. Father Leo's sermons were very enlightening and easy to understand. We love the children's blessings, cheering, and songs towards the end
We have decided to stay with the Parrish. Thank you ? ? ? ?

This is my childhood parish and where I had the pleasure of hearing Mass from Father Tom. Why isn't there a memorial for him in the garden? Those around will know the approximate place his ashes were placed but there is no marker or anything. There church should do better for it's founding pastor. Also the exterior of the building could use a soft wash and possible tree trimming.

Great church and family. Our new Administrator, Father Leo is just wonderful. He gets applause after his Homilies. Father Ed is also fantastic. They both have a great sense of humor. Our Knights of Columbus help the community. Nursing homes, Veteran Homes, families in need. The pregnancy Care Center, just to name a few. The Columbiettes back them up. Our Women's Guild also helps many communities, locally, nationally and internationally.
I volunteer for many of these groups and belong in them also. We believe in serving others the way Jesus taught us too.

I've been to several catholic churches over the years but I have to say father Leo is the most interesting priest I've heard when he speaks. He brings to the gospel examples in modern life that anyone can understand. I've learned so much listening to him, I always look forward to mass.
