Giving this property 5 stars because not only was it very clean but the Property Manager Eva Lazaro was very helpful. She was very sweet and very specific towards all the details of the property and apartments.

San Carlos is a very great place to stay the new manager Eva, Juan and Abel make it a nice place to call home. I’m very happy when I have company and they like the property.

New management is kind friendly and professional. Had an issue with my stove and the new manager calmed me down and my issue was fixed. She deserve a raise.

Paid $210 to submit an application only for them to tell me the next day that my move-in date was out of their range and they would not refund the money. Complete scam.

Went to view and get info on a 3 bedroom unfortunately not available but was a very pleasant experience Eva was very helpful, definitely recommend this apartments to all my friends.

Super great staff. Abel and Juan are awesome workers, they have a lot of hard tasks here but they’re doing a great job at making our homes better. Tania the manager is very thoughtful and explains everything to us. she’s a great asset to this community! i’ve seen so many improvements since they all got here.
