This is the worst transportation in Fresno. They make my residents wait last time up to 4 hours to be taken back to the facility. They are either to early to pick up or to late and have to reschedule appointment. There vans are hot some don’t have working air conditioning. Their staff is over worked and one male driver working there is so rude! This place is taking advantage and can clearly care less about their quality of service and just wants the money.

They were late or sometimes very early, for my doctor’s appointments. When they were late for pick up I would be late for my doctor appt.. Some of the doctors would see me, only I had to wait for a time when they could get me in between appointments.
Today, they told me since they were 50 minutes late, the drivers log said my dr. visit was later 11:45. The day before they called to confirm my appointment at 11:30. I had to cancel appointment, I wouldn’t be able to make my appt. on time, which took me 3 months to get. The dispatcher said that they wouldn’t send drivers any longer for my appointments. If they treat a senior disable woman, like they did; based on the reason that THEY WERE LATE. I wonder how they can do business with, State of Caifornia Medi-cal; treating persons that need Medi-cal and needing rides to make their doctor appointments.

Staff goes above and beyond to assist with my appointments. The office scheduler Gloria has been courteous and able to help me keep track of my doctors, appt dates and times. So appreciated.

Terrible service. They are consistently late and there is no respect for the patient. They do not care that the patient is in pain and needs to stay on time for his appointments. They were almost 2 hours late twice - will not use again.

Ridiculous how we had to cancel my grandmothers neurologist appointment because the transportation arrived an HOUR later? My mother confirmed with the transportation the day before with the time they were supposed to pick her up to. This is ridiculous and embarrassing we had to cancel an appointment due to the mistake on the transportations end. Terrible place.

The owner is the most rude person, i ask him a question and he keep saying he was just a driver. I ask for after hours number. Art he said was his name, if he doesn't really like what he does he better do something else. Rude and a really bad attitude.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IF I CAN GIVE THEM A -0 I WOULD. MY FATHER HAD TO WAIT FOR ALMOST 4 HOURS FOR HIS TRANSPORTATION. MY FATHER IN LAW IS WHEEL CHAIR BOUND AND BLIND AND HAD TO BE ALONE WAITING FOR THEM. CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ANSWER. FINALLY I WAS ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE AND THEY SAID IT WILL BE 10 MIN IT ENDED UP BEING 2 HOURS. THANKS TO PAIN CLINIC OF CENTRAL CALIFORNIA THAT THEY DID NOT CLOSE AND WAITED FOR THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT TO PICK MY BLIND WHEEL CHAIR BOUND FATHER IN LAW. DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORTATION THEY ARE TERRIBLE

I️ would give this unprofessional company a negative 10 if I️ could. first there almost 2 hours late to pick up my mom making her almost miss her appt then they never show up to pick her up and when we call them they keep saying there on there way there on there way then they decide to just close for the day and not answ our calls my mom has been waiting for 2 plus hours outside in the cold horrible Cust service and I️ will be putting in a formal complaint with medical they are very unprofessional DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY
