Off powerhouse road past old Auberry and follow the signs. Very well maintained roads and trails. Short hike to bridge and 3 mile circle back after bridge. There is camping and restrooms on site. There’s a cave trail near by that I’m definitely checking out next time.

I love this hiking place specially in Spring season. There are a lot of wild flowers along the hiking trail. It’s an easy walk on the trail about 1 mile to the bridge and the river. The parking cost $5/ car for a day.

Beautiful grounds with parking , restrooms and multiple trail heads. We decided to take the trail to the bridge. It’s about a 30 minute walk down. The trail does become a bit narrow walking along the edge of the gorge.
The view of the bridge and breathtaking! Highly worth the hike. The walk back is steep. My kids under 10 Hiked it with no problems.

Easy hike down the river but little steep on way up …. The big boulders are slippery at times , so one needs to be careful

Great hiking area! Very steep hills so please keep that in mind. Easy to loose cell signals so be sure to also let someone know you’re visiting the area before wandering off. Worth the hike and time!
