The installation of our Huntington Beach model was completed in Oct 2022 and there were some issues with the finish. It took a lot of time but we were finally put in touch with Andy, a San Juan rep. We filled out the simple work order and got it to Andy on Tuesday and by Friday Matt showed up to perform the repairs. Matt arrived when he said he would, and was super friendly, courteous, professional, and came across very knowledgeable. Matt addressed all of our concerns and questions patiently and thoroughly. The pool finally feels complete and looks beautiful. We truly appreciate the very quick turn-around by San Juan Pools!! 🙂

I did a ton of research on pool products and pool companies. I spoke with current customers from various companies, and even unofficially interviewed the installers in person, prior to settling on Poolscapes of Charlotte with a San Juan Fiberglass Pool. That research paid off! I did a separate review for Poolscapes of Charlotte in case you are in the Carolinas, but in short, I highly recommend them! The pool delivery and installation were very smooth. My friend has a San Juan Pool and she has had hers for over a decade. She lives near the coast of SC and the pool has been through multiple hurricanes. So, I asked her before I decided on a manufacturer what issues she's had. "Zero" was her answer. I had a tight budget, but felt like if I was going to spend money on a pool, I wanted to buy quality to last. Once I dug into all of of the construction procedures of the various manufacturers, I found there were only a few that I felt were really built to last. My friend's review solidified my belief that San Juan was a top notch manufacturer. While things can change over time, I can tell you that the pool that arrived at my house 4 months ago looked as high quality as I expected. It's simply beautiful. The sparkle is stunning and the quality craftsmanship is evident! There was a small slight crack in the gel coat that looked like it possibly flexed and occurred during transportation, but the project manager took a close look at it and said it will be fine for now, but took some pictures and said he'd file it with the factory. He explained that San Juan has a truck that will travel around the country and fix small issues like this onsite. I have no doubt that will be addressed. The professionalism of the installer coupled with the high quality of the San Juan Venetian Pool I received makes a perfect pool package. I HIGHLY recommend them both. If you are going to spend money on a pool, spend it on quality! I believe if you get a San Juan Pool, you won't regret it!

We ordered a fiberglass pool with our contractor on April 26th, 2024. We were told typical lead time was about 2 months. On July 1st, 2024 we received confirmation that the pool was shipping in 3 weeks on 7/22 (now 3 months till shipping). Fast forward to many promises that the pool was going to ship, it kept being delayed. Finally on 9/25/2024 the pool arrived. This is roughly 5 months after ordering and roughly 2 months after the original promised shipping date from San Juan. At this point having a real hard time with being able to recommend San Juan going forward. Their numerous bad shipping information has led to many scheduling problems for our contractor and us. We tore out our patio in July in preparation for the pool delivery and have been left with a mud pit for our dog and our family all summer. Not a satisfied customer right now...

If u want a beautiful and durable pool, please check out the beautiful selection built by a quality company, San Juan Pools. Our San Juan Fiberglass Pool is 42 yrs old and still looks and functions very well we have never had a problem with tiles coming off and it was shipped to us with them already attached.

My San Juan pool was installed in 1982, it is all original, and just about to be over 40 years old, we absolutely love it, it is the Sea Isle model, which is a flat bottom smooth finish small pool, we have it set up with an additional 3HP pump to function as a swim spa jet, its great for excersize.

We use our pool all year long (have a 400k heater), its never been closed, located in SoCal, we have lots of 100+ days, the pool gets full sun exposure, the finish is still great, we never had a single issue, this Fiberglass pool is SUCH a great product, i truly recommend San Juan to anyone looking for a Fiberglass pool, 40 years later, all original, its as solid as it was the first day. San Juan Sea Isle. less is more and in this case, good things do come in a smaller package.

We did significant research and visited the facility in Lakeland before choosing a San Juan pool and are happy with our choice. BUT we are extremely unhappy with their dealer Pool Doctors in Stuart, Florida. The pool was delivered on February 14, and we are still waiting for the handrail to be fixed and final approval from the county. It’s now August 14) The company has been a disaster from the start- from measuring our deck incorrectly, submitting the plans to the wrong county and just basically not showing up. When we asked the last ‘professional’ from the company to show us how to use and set the pumps he had no idea and told us to ‘google it’ . Pool Doctors are the only dealership in this part of Florida and if we’d known how bad they were we would have chosen a different option. No fault of San Juan - but I would recommended that they seriously reconsider their dealerships.
