This is a great church to visit while on vacation. We went to the Saturday vigil and the church was less than 50% capacity. The homily was very good, it had depth with a little light heartened humor. The priest was very personable. They have seating behind the altar and google maps brought us to the back door so we inadvertently sat there. It was ok but a little odd. It didn't make or break the experience. Just FYI, the rear entrance doesn't have the statue in front of it.

Es una iglesia muy hermosa tanto por dentro como por fuera, en sus jardineras... En especial el lado interior tras el altar atrio principal, en donde se encuentran las imágenes más coloridas de la virgen de Guadalupe y otros santos, a mi parecer es el lado latino, cuando hay misas mayores los sacerdotes dan la misa hacia ambos lados. Tiene algunos años que la visite y ha sido una de las más hermosas misas de aquellas a las que he asistido en Estados Unidos, recuerdo que un sacerdote me observo mientras jugaba con la bici ? dando vueltas en explanada al salir de la celebración y me dijo sonriendo "Mexicana, Mexicana" y yo? ups? me descubrieron jijiji Muy lindos todos? ojalá algún día vuelva a una misa tan hermosa como esa!!! Había padres en el atrio de diferentes nacionalidades, hablaban en inglés y español, era especial esa celebración y sumamente hermosa?

Went at 10:45 during lent and this place was packed. The gospel was a long one, so when The homily started. He mentioned that and said his homily wasn't going to be short either. His mic was not close to his mouth so it was really hard to hear him, he talked for a really long time. After that they did a right of initiation for five people wanting to become Catholic which was weird to do during lent. And then to top it all off the flow for convenient was hugely inefficient. The main section of the church has the two largest rows and they added the two site sections to it first instead of having them go with the sides.
