My parents and I stumbled upon San Marino while searching for Italian eateries near Library Park, and it turned out to be an excellent choice! Although the location is a bit hidden, it is definitely worth seeking out. Our waitress, Alyssa, was exceptional—her warm hospitality and genuine interest in our travels from Westchester County, NY, made us feel incredibly welcome. The burrata appetizer was divine—creamy and perfectly seasoned. For my main course, I enjoyed the salmon with broccoli rabe, which was beautifully cooked and bursting with flavor. The menu also boasts intriguing options like baccala and rabbit, showcasing the restaurant’s unique offerings. Despite the overcast day, the place was lively and full, a testament to its popularity. The portions were generous, and the clean bathrooms and well-appointed private party room added to the overall positive experience. With its relaxed vibe and delicious Italian comfort food, San Marino has earned a spot on my list for a return visit!

Service, while quick, wasn't rushed. Everything came out as needed and invisible service. Clams Casino was almost perfect, but I added a little tobacco for a little bit of heat. A beautiful and tasty spring salad mix that was complimented by a nice light creamy Italian dressing.
And the the veal Parmesan. Just WOW....
Sliced thin, pounded tender, thinly breaded and not at all greasy. Cooked well done without being dry. You can also taste the homemade sauce that was a perfect accomplishment without overpowering the flavor of the veal.
So stuffed, could only eat half of the extremely large portion.
Definitely recommend San Marino Restaurant

I have a great love for this restaurant. My wife and I frequent this place every Sunday with our children for lunch. Also, it is worth mentioning that I hosted my company’s Christmas Party at this very location in their banquet room. The quality of the cuisine and the level of service are impeccable, much like Toni, the owner, who exhibits remarkable attentiveness. This establishment is an authentic and splendid destination, destined to endure over the years and provide exceptional service for generations to come.

Went for lunch with 3 other people. The food is delicious. Had calamari appetizer cooked perfectly. Entrees were delicious and huge portions, reasonably priced. The drawback was service as it was a little slow, no complimentary bread with our entrees (but other tables had it) and they charged us for ice tea refills. I thought refills were complimentary but maybe it's a 90's thing. Still food is so good I would go back.

We went on Mother's Day, busiest day ever. We were one of the last reservations.
The staff, despite being there hectic all day, were pleasant, smiling and welcoming. Service was quick and attentive. It was my first time there and I have to say everyone's dish was fantastic. Well done
I will go back .
