Had a short-term lease for the summer and fall. The location is absolutely perfect- walking distance to Spanish River Park, Gumbo Limbo, Palmetto Beach. The property and buildings themselves are older but very well maintained. New dock, pool area, grills, club house. During “off season” it’s so quiet, we barely saw anyone around the pool or beach. Mary at the office was very helpful. I’ve absolutely loved my time here and hope to rent or own sometime in the future! Thank you San Remo!

A Great place. We bought our place 1 year ago, and grow happier with our purchase every day.. We looked at condos from Miami to Jensen Beach for 9 months. The grounds at San Remo are always immaculate. The views of the ocean are just amazing. I work out in the gym (but not often enough). We are literally right next to Spanish River Park to our North. To the South there is Gumbo Limbo Park and Red Reef Park leading up to the gazebo on Palmetto. The community has it's own private beach. The beach is never crowded. It's a hidden gem and your not far from downtown Boca and many nice restaurants. It's not a 55+ community, but most of the people are 55+. You can have your own boat docked at our Marina on the Intracoastal.
They come by every day and sweep and clean up. Maintanence and grounds people are extremely thorough. There are Friday night socials, card games during the week, lots of activities. But there are not many people there in the summer. One downside is you can't have pet dogs.
We are extremely happy that we've bought a condo at San Remo.

today, December 11th, I was at the gate at 05.52pm driving a brown Infiniti QX30 small car with 2 boxes for my friend, the lady at the gate ( E. Jones) will not allow visitors base on the fact that 6pm was cut off time, even I was there before 6pm, even I was not a delivery driver i just had a box in my trunk. the owner called the gate and she of replied its 6.01pm by the time the call was made so she denied the access. my friend had to great me outside the community gate to pick up a box from the trunk. A community that allows employees to make their own rules regarding who has access inside.

The condos are nicely kept... my dad has one on the premise and it is still nice inside. He’s been living here for some time. There is a pool and a gym. Both are clean and a lot of people tend to flock to the pool most days. I have utilized the gym once with my dad, and it’s small but it gets the job done. Spanish River Park is about a half mile down the road. You’ve got the beach off the side of the road, all you do is cross the street from the condominium and there’s a gate for residents of the San Remo condominiums. Other guests have to use the beach entrance with is half a mile down the way, and you just park on the side of the road after you turn at the light. No parking payment required, but it’s only parking available from 10am to 5am next day.

Beautiful condo, very unique with fountains and statues. Great views of intracoastal, nice pool & gym. 3 min walk to the private beach. Plus its in Boca Raton, very swank & cool. Highly recommended, living the rich life without the rich price! #BocaRatonCondo #BocaRaton

The supervisor of security is a very rude man not education at all we went with the realtor to see an appartment to buy with our dog, we understood the pets are not allowed so my husband entered to check the appartment I stayed outside and this guy extremely rude asked me to leave when I was already leaving with the dog... I am a pregnant woman and not even that stoped him to be rude... it’s Incredible how those nice places have this kind of employees.
