Me and my boyfriend came here today around 1pm to get a turkey avocado sandwich and a chicken bacon calzone . After we ordered and got to the window she said they were out of calzones which was fine we proceeded to get the turkey avocado. however, when I got home and opened my sandwich there was no avocado on the sandwich, and the bread was a little stale. the side of potato soup was good so I guess it made up for everything else.

One of my favorite sandwich places! I love the bread size options! Also love the chopped olives stuck yo the bread with melted cheese! Delish!

Service is never fast. Usually friendly though. I normally come through drive through but this time I got a deal from my tmo Tuesday app, so I had to order online and pick up inside the restaurant. Apparently it was busy bc nobody was at the register for a good 5 minutes after I got there. I went around the corner to let them know I was there to pick up an order I made online and they gave me the shittiest look through the window like I smashed their baby's toes or something. Then told me to go back around the corner and wait.

When I got my food, it was sloppily put together. There was meat on my sandwich that I requested to not have.

Normally I love schlotzskys. That's why I gave 4 stars. But to clarify, my most recent experience was not a 4 star experience.

I love the food at Schlotzky's, the staff however could pretend to like their job a little better. But I am usually able to look past that because I'm this case the food is worth it. The space is clean and bright. Limited seating due to covid but I don't usually eat there anyway.

It would be great if someone would actually come to the front counter and wait on you. I walked in behind two older women around 11:15 on a weekday and no one was at the counter for quite a while. I finally walked around the corner to where the food window was just to get someone to realize we were there!

Always a great meal, the cashier always knows what I want. Service is fast and fresh a tad pricey but worth the food and service
