I love a good sandwich, and many would say that sourdough is the best bread to use its crispy crust and chewy texture sets this bread apart. We decided to stop at Sourdough & Co. Avondale featuring wonderful sandwiches, salads & soup bowls. I enjoyed a Ruben or # 7 on a 8-inch roll $12.49 my wife had a combo cup of soup and 4-inch French dip $10.79 + $7.75 which she enjoyed as well . There is a Groupon to save money. This location is clean, and the staff is friendly and eager to serve.

Stopped by on a whim and had an amazing meal!!! The sourdough was absolutely delicious. The French dip was one of the best I've ever had. Pastrami was incredible. The chicken and poblano pepper soup was soooo creamy, tasty and filling! The shrimp corn chowder was lightly sweet with a great flavor, bread bowl made it fantastic! The cookies...OMG! Soft in the middle and crisp on the outside...PERFECT! Will definitely be going back!

First time trying this place today and it was amazing!
Super helpful and friendly customer service, told them it was our first time and they explained everything and also gave us samples of their soup and dessert too!
Even though it's a counter serve, they bring you your food and checked on you multiple times while eating.
The place is clean and food is just absolutely amazing.

We ordered the Cholula chicken sandwich and also had a turkey pastrami wrap. Would definitely order again.

We were visiting from New Jersey on our way to the race. The guy that waited on us was so sweet and accommodating. The food was great, especially the bread, and everything was prepared accordingly. I would have loved to tried some of their hot food options or salads , as I'm sure they are also delicious . I would highly recommend this establishment for all your tailgating needs, or just a pleasant little place to stop in for lunch. I wish I was that happy with the race results?

10000000/10 the food was amazing because of bread is freshly made. The place is sparkling clean. The team there And most of all Glenn. He is a great representation of the company brand. Glenn needs a raise for all that he does. I saw him everywhere from taking orders to picking up trash. Thank you Glenn for your great recommendations

Glenn was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful about the menu and variety of sandwiches. I thought their brisket sandwich was amazing. I liked that the barbecue sauce wasn't too sweet, more savory and delicious. Their sourdough is absolutely outstanding. It is slightly pricey but worth every penny with the quality. Their oatmeal cookie is the best. I'll definitely be back!

I rarely write bad reviews because I vet the places I want to go prior. And this time I did not get bad service (their employees are as happy and nice as Chic fil-a). What I am miffed about is the delta between 1) what I ordered and 2) what I got for my order (see pics).

I'm fatigued over the misrepresentation. Google 'What you see isn't what you get". Then being asked to tip on top of it. Come-on WoS.
