The door to the drive through window has been broken since I was a kid. Lol. they don't take card, so u have to have cash. Place is severely dated. But I recommend the maximum Italian meatball still great.

Every time we play football at South H.S., I have made it a tradition to stop by The Grinder Man for sandwiches with my kids. The employees are always very patient as my kids pick from the big list of choices on the board. Prices are very reasonable, but don't forget to bring cash!

Still the best damn sandwiches in Wichita, hands down. Their hero grinder is my favorite & go to order every time, with a side of their baked beans. Love, love, love this place & I hope they outlive everything else!

Yumm. First time I tried it and I was impressed. The sandwich tastes fresh and not like there are preservatives in it. I got the grinder with a cherry limeade and it was superb. The potato salad wasn't for me. It tasted like it had something sweet, maybe miracle whip, and I didn't like that. Next time I will try the hero platter with baked beans. Update - The hero was not as good as the Grinder. I stick with the grinder for now on and even tried it with tuna salad which was good too.

An excellent place for a quick bite. A large selection of different sandwiches, although next time I think I'll get extra meat since the sandwich I was a little light on the meat in relation to the amount of bread. The deviled eggs were also very good. Definitely have to go back to try other sandwhiches. Also keep in mind, this is a CASH ONLY restaurant.

So I ordered the tuna sandwich cold wich was great , just like a homemade tuna sandwich. however I ate half , took the other half home , added Siracha sauce , and pepper Jack cheese and baked it ... chef's kiss , the bread is amazing baked , and added that extra that the sandwich needed for a spicy tuna mmm soo good !!!

Absolutely horrible. Didn't make sandwich as ordered, turkey was disgusting, and fell apart trying to open foil wrapping. Worst experience ever at local food shop. Will absolutely never go there again and will will tell everyone to stay away unless they like to waste money. Oh they offered to remake food on later day but MUST return bad food first. No customer service at all. And to top it all off there was a blunt on their benches in waiting area. What do you expect from a drug infested area though. Clean up your store AND YOUR ACT GRINDER MAN!!!
