Ce restaurant est delicieux! Un vrai gout de France! I highly recommend, the moules are superb! The salad dressings are just like you'd expect in a Parisien restaurant! Merci! You have to try the frites with Mayonnaise!

Excellent place for lunch - dinner time. Escargot for an appetizer was our favorite, ceviche was fresh and well prepared, we thought personally it could use a bit more citrus / lemon, but totally personal preference.

We’ve been here for a couple visits, cocktails are professional and thoughtful. Steaks are of excellent quality / cut. They do a perfect rare-plus temperature.

Lamb shanks are a personal favorite, wouldn’t be surprised if that’s a most ordered dish. If you’re looking for a suggestion, go that route.

We ordered the lobster bisque but received the lobster risotto. After we let our waiter know he took full responsibility and apologized. He also took the charge off our bill which we very much appreciated. The risotto was delicious, we added a touch of tobacco and finished it like it was meant to be. It does come with the body of the lobster, we would’ve liked to have a lemon or butter to enjoy with the fresh lobster meat. We ate it with the risotto as I’m sure it’s meant to be enjoyed.

Overall no complaints, we plan to check into this spot from time to time. They did a wonderful job with the decor as well. Dress semi casual.

Tasty food offerings. Nice atmosphere where its open air on nice days. Slightly humid that day so it was a little muggy. Server was kind but when I made a reservation, it asked if there was a special occasion which I said my mother's birthday. There was no acknowledgement of it and I felt awkward to mention it. I figured they would've written something on the dessert plate or something.

Celebrated a birthday on Saturday. Exceptional experience. Attentive service. Everything we ordered was perfection. Our favorites: steak tartar, shrimp ceviche, lobster bisque, lobster risotto. Definitely made us feel special on a special day.

Really enjoyed my lunch at Toulouse. Inside is a very pretty layout with a white piano and full bar.

It was a beautiful day so I sat in the patio and ordered an espresso martini to start out with.

I decided to order the business lunch which consisted of tomato soup, fish (sole) sandwich and crème brûlée for desert.

The food was fantastic and I enjoyed every minute. This place is perfect for lunch.

Go check this place out for lunch and stay for happy hour! It’ll be a fun day.

Gotta try the pumpkin spice martini! Super good!!

This place is a piece of Paris in Plano. The vibe give you a disconnect from the crowd of the city. The service is impeccable and the food is superb. Drinks are phenomenal too. Must have are the steaks. The salads are great starters. They have also brunches. We went for lunch on the week day. Recommend the espresso martini and the deserts.

When I think of French cuisine, I immediately assume small portions but Toulouse curates dishes for the hungry!

Me and my girlfriends chose Toulouse to host our monthly dinner and celebrate friendship. The restaurant boasts elegant touches with creative uses of mirrors and lighting. The decor was gorgeous and the food delicious.

I ordered the duck confit after reading a number of reviews. Like other reviewers, I’d rate this as a top tier dish and would happily recommend.
